What should I do if my order was marked as delivered but I have not received it?Updated 8 days ago

If your order was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, please check with your neighbors first, as sometimes packages are mistakenly delivered to them. If you still cannot locate the package, contact your local postal service and ask them to check their manifest for the delivery time and place. This should help determine if the package was mistakenly left at a different address.

If your package is still missing after these steps, reach out to our customer service team and we can file a lost package claim with our shipping insurance on your behalf. You will be asked to verify the loss for our shipping insurance company via a link we provide. Once you complete the verification form, we will work with you to address the claim, either by resending the package or issuing a refund.
