ThumbPRO offers a 30-day return policy. We offer a 14-day size exchange. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us with your order information and the reason for the return or exchange.
2. We will send you a return label to the email associated with your order. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
3. For an exchange, send the item back to us and email us a reminder of the size and color you'd like as a replacement, along with your order number.
4. If you wish to get a refund, return the item with the label provided and include a note in the package indicating the return and your order number.

Please ensure items being returned are in the original condition. Reach out to us with any questions you have.
