What actions should I take if my ThumbPRO package is delayed or lost in transit?Updated 7 days ago

If your package is delayed or suspected to be lost in transit, we advise you to do the following:

  • Call your local postal service with the tracking number and inquire about the delivery status.
  • If there is no clear explanation for the delay or the package is still in transit without updates, we can file a lost package claim with our shipping insurance on your behalf.
  • We will send you a link to verify the loss, which is necessary for the insurance company to process the claim.
  • Once the loss has been verified and the claim is approved by the insurance company, we can reschedule the shipment or offer a refund, depending on your preference.
