According to our shipping policy, once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. Therefore, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we are committed to assisting customers by filing lost package claims with our shipping insurance under certain circumstances. The customer is required to sign a loss verification affidavit via a link we provide from the insurance company. Following the insurance company's decision, we can either resend the product or issue a full refund. It is important to note that while we strive to ensure timely delivery, all delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and not guaranteed by us. Delivery dates can be affected by weather or other unforeseen events. We also reserve the right to change our shipping prices at any time without notice.
